San Clemente may be found Southwest of Santa Catalina Island. This smaller more rugged island lay further to the West than Catalina and is often posted as “Off Limits” by the US Navy as they conduct war games there.

When not in use by Uncle Sam, San Clemente becomes a popular destination for fishermen and divers.

Harbor seals and California sea lions abound in this area as to the California pelagics sharks and rays.
