Jeanne Whelchel
Jeanne is the founder of RC Scuba Center. Jeanne has been diving since 1975 and joined the professional ranks in 2004. During this time she has logged well over 4000 dives in cold and tropical waters - and everything in between

She is also an Emergency First Responder Instructor for CPR, First Aid and AED as well as an Instructor for all DAN trainer courses.
In addition she is an EMT & DMT and has training in Hyperbaric Technology. She has trained from the very young to seniors.

Kevin Ross Kevin is proud to say he has dove waters of all eight of California's Channel Islands. His love for the ocean began as a child, and has never slowed. Kevin was born and raised in Southern California, and has spent his entire diving career in the wonderful California waters.
